All our cleaners are part of our in-house team. They are trained to clean to the highest standards, get to know your property well, and report any issues as needed.

Your property will get vast visibility by being featured on VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Google, Furnished Finder, HostAway, and the Chillax Properties website. We also have a growing number of repeat visitors and referrals through word of mouth.

You’ll have access to your owner portal, where you can view your calendar, listing, analytics, financial reports, and even book your own stay.
We go above and beyond for your guests. They receive fresh sheets, linens, paper products, and kitchen essentials like spices, oils, foil, coffee, and condiments.

We also provide an essentials basket (first aid kit, scissors, notepad with pen, coupons, books, and more), baby and toddler items (crib, bassinet, playpen, booster seat, dishes, utensils), and even a Christmas tree (when available).

Each condo includes a full set of beach supplies: chairs, umbrella with anchor, boogie boards, beach towels, mats, and toys.
